We are thrilled to return to Lake Geneva, WI for our 2024 Summer Meeting on July 8 – 9, 2024 at the Grand Geneva Resort. Registration is NOW OPEN.
We will host our annual Scholarship Golf Outing and opening reception on our first day, Monday, July 8, with our business meeting on Tuesday, July 9.
NEW FOR 2024! Do you play pickleball? We are offering the MARS Inaugural Pickleball Tournament on Monday, July 8. All level of players are welcome and this is another great event to support the MARS Annual Scholarship Fund! The event will start with a beginners clinic and your registration fee includes the clinic, tournament and a networking picnic!
And if you aren’t interested in golf or pickleball, but are looking for a fun activity on Monday afternoon, we will be offering a MARS Networking Picnic on Monday, July 8! A separate registration fee is required for this event which will also benefit the MARS Annual Scholarship fund. The event will feature a picnic lunch, beverages, music and games!

Our group rate at the Grand Geneva Resort is $178.
To reserve a room at Timber Ridge, please call 262-248-8811. Our group rate will be honored for a one-bedroom suite at Timber Ridge. A two-bedroom suite is $278.
The current campus fee at Grand Geneva Resort is $35. MARS attendees are entitled to a $10 discount off that fee.
The MARS rate will be honored until Wednesday, June 5, 2024 or until our room block is full.
**Please note that rooms on the preceding weekend will not likely be available at our group rate due to the 4th of July holiday.
