Purchasing a booth at a trade show is a major commitment and there are numerous stages of planning and execution involved. Below are a few checklist items to ensure you have a productive show:
Exhibitor Show Kit
Heritage Trade Show Services, a family-owned company based in St. Louis, will be our official trade show contractor/decorator again this year. Click here to view the Show Kit.
Each 10 x 10 booth Includes:
• One complimentary exhibit-only registration
• Company listing in ASLRRA Official Program
• Company listing on convention website and mobile app
• 8’ high back wall drape and 3’ high side divider
• One 6’ skirted table, 2 side chairs, 1 wastebasket
Please note that exhibitors will be responsible for purchasing electricity and carpeting for their booth space. Also please remember that you must be an ASLRRA member in good standing to exhibit, so please be sure to pay your 2017 membership dues promptly after receipt. Exhibitors who wish to advertise their participation at the convention may download the official Exhibitor Logo.
Official Convention Program Advertising
Raise your profile among short line decision-makers and drive traffic to your exhibit booth by placing an ad in the Official Convention Program that is produced for the event. Expo Hall Aisle Sign Sponsorships
Again this year we will offer opportunities for companies to sponsor aisle signs. It’s a high-profile way to get your company’s name and branding in front of this key audience. An aisle sign can be purchased for $3,000. Contact Kathy Keeney to secure one of the coveted signs in your preferred location.
Once again this year we will be working with an outside partner, Zerista, on a mobile app/mobile website to maximize your exhibitor presence before, during and after the CONNECTIONS show. Look for emails from us this spring to help use this fantastic marketing tool.
