ASLRRA's Turning 100 and You're Invited!

Connections: Perhaps no other word describes so succinctly what the short line industry is about. It is what we do, how we work, and how our suppliers conduct business - and it is also the name of the annual gathering where we all meet to network and learn. American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association's Annual Convention is the premier event in our industry, featuring an exhibition with over 200 booths, social events that facilitate interactions with your fellow railroaders, more than 30 breakout sessions addressing railroading's hottest issues, and a location that highlights the many potential ways to connect at this meeting. We are confident that this year's event will provide you with an opportunity to expand your existing Connections, while also helping you to create new ones.

Perhaps most significantly, this Convention marks our Centennial anniversary and, as such, celebrates the history of short lines, commemorates the 100 years of connections we have already established, and looks forward to the next century and all the possibilities it presents. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in a landmark event in the short line industry, as one chapter of our history concludes and we usher in the next phase of our legacy.
