IT’S BACK!!  Your ASLRRA Convention Planning Committee has worked hard to put together a strong program covering a wide variety of topics, with almost 50 presentations and breakout sessions over a two and a half day period. This program is coupled with a sold-out Exhibit Hall featuring our valued supplier members.  We know that one person can't cover it all, so as an added incentive for our railroad members, we've rolled our railroad member registration fee back to $255 per person.  That's a $100 savings in railroad member registration!  We hope that this will encourage more of your railroad staff to attend and cover a wider variety of meeting tracks and exhibitors.

Look ma, no forms!!  ASLRRA’s customized system allows you to register online in the comfort and privacy of your own office. Upon entering your registration and payment information, you will be e-mailed a confirmation receipt. This online process also gives ASLRRA members an opportunity to check out the "Members Only" website and ensure that their contact information is up-to-date and accurate.  In addition, due to popular demand, we have recently made improvements that give designated individuals at member companies the ability to register multiple people at one time.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees cover either the Annual Convention or Power Brake Training Sessions, as well as the Sunday Reception, Monday and Tuesday Breakfasts, all Refreshment Breaks, and the Monday Lunch and Reception. All registration fees (with the exception of the Exhibitor Registration Fee category) also include the Tuesday Reception & Dinner.  Paid registration must be completed on or before March 28 to qualify for the early bird discount.  After this date, registrations will go up by $50. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION

To attend the Annual Convention, please go online to the ASLRRA’s members only  website by clicking here.  Complete the registration form online and you will be emailed a confirmation.  We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard.  Registration must be completed and payment received on or before March 28 to qualify for this reduced early bird rate.  Registrations without payment cannot be processed.

UPDATE- The earlybird deadline for registering for the 2008 ASLRRA Annual Convention has been extended!! The new deadlines are Monday, March 31 for exhibitors, associate members, and non-members, and Friday, April 4 for railroad members.  

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Each 8’ x 10’ exhibition booth includes one complimentary exhibitor registration, which allows access to the receptions, lunch, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and other events taking place in the Exhibit Hall, as well as all of the business and breakout sessions.  Additional exhibitors may register at $255 each.  Tuesday's dinner is not included in the exhibitor registration, but exhibitors may purchase separate tickets.  Spouses accompanying exhibitors must register in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall and social events.

SPOUSE/COMPANION REGISTRATION

If you would like to bring your spouse or companion to ASLRRA’s events, please include them in your online registration. Spouses and companions must register to attend ASLRRA-sponsored functions, including those in the Exhibit Hall.  For details on the Spouse Tour and Program, please refer to pages 22-23.

REGISTRATION PACKET

To collect your Registration Packet, stop by the ASLRRA Registration Desk, which will open beginning at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 3. The registration packet will contain your badge(s), as well as a registration list, pro­gram, and general meeting info.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written request for refunds must be postmarked on or before April 11.  They will be refunded, less a $100 per individual/ $150 per couple processing fee. Registration replacements from the same company are accepted and encouraged.   No refunds are made after Friday, April 11, 2008.
