ASLRRA 2009:  !magine... the education, the exhibits, the networking, the speakers, the people.  !magine...  the possibilities.

In today's business environment, we can all use a little imagination. Railway Managers and Operators can imagine the valuable learning opportunities regarding new technology and regulatory changes that are coming down the line. ASLRRA's Trade Show floor will be home to some of the most imaginative and innovative products available to today's small railroad. And all of this will take place in the city that takes !magine to a whole new level...  Las Vegas.

Your Planning Committee has been hard at work creating a compelling program filled with educational tools designed to equip you for the economic challenges ahead as well as the fast-paced changes facing our industry. New to the educational lineup this year will be a Railroad Security Officer Training Class which we've timed so that class participants will also participate in the Exhibit Hall activities.

The Red Rock Resort, Casino and Spa has something for everyone.  Located 12 miles west of Las Vegas in Summerlin, this is a great place to bring your spouse and/or family.  Positioned midway betweenImagine-Jalene the neon of the Las Vegas strip and the nature of Red Rock Canyon, I encourage you to spend a couple extra days to take in all that our location has to offer.  During the day you can go for a bike ride or hike up into the Canyon, go rafting on the river or simply lay by the pool and enjoy the resort lifestyle.  In the evening after the exhibit hall closes, you can take the complimentary shuttle to the strip and enjoy the nightlife in downtown Las Vegas.
