Are you ready for the next mandate out of the Railroad Safety Act of 2008: Conductor Certification? Do you know what it is? Do you understand the requirements for compliance? Is your operation prepared? Is your training program in place? This Conductor Certification Training Class will present the new regulation which will become effective this year. Although similar to locomotive engineer certification, the regulation will present significant changes to the compliance requirements for certification and de-certification.
12:45pm-5:00pm: Accident/Incident
Did you know that there are significant changes to 49CFR Part 225 - Accident/Incident Reporting which went into effect June 1, 2011? This section of the training seminar will highlight the significant changes that are planned. The material changes of Part 225 will be discussed including a review of the purpose behind Part 225, and why your compliance is integral to the success of FRA.
Attendees will also have access to the Sunday Evening Reception, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch will be provided.
