Airport Information

Cleveland Hopkins Int'l Airport (CLE) is 10 miles from our hotel and it is served by Air Canada, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, and US Airways.

Amtrak

Amtrak's station is 1.5 miles from the hotel. The station is a stop on the Capitol Limited and the Lake Shore Limited lines. Check the Amtrak website for schedules and fares.

Ground Transportation

Cleveland's Rapid Transit System offers convenient service to and from the airport. The red line trip takes less than 25 minutes and depart from CLE every 15-20 minutes from 4:30am - 1:00am. The stop at CLE is located on the lower level of the main terminal, accessible by elevator or escalator s located in the center of the baggage claim areas. The stop closest to the hotel is in Tower City Station which is attached to the hotel. The fare is $2.25 each way.

Taxis are $23 one way and you should look for the taxi entrance at the orange wall on the south end of baggage claim, adjacent to Carousel 11. Pickups are made at this location only.

Rental Car facility is located off airport grounds. Shuttle service is available to take all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. Shuttles are located on the lower roadway island and can be accessed by exiting from Door #5 on the baggage claim level of the main terminal. The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes and runs 24/7/365.

Parking

Onsite self-parking is available at the hotel for $24 per day. Valet parking is available for $30 per day.

Weather

The Cleveland climate is quite enjoyable and early October days are pleasantly cool reaching the upper 60's. Evening temperatures drop to the 50 degree mark. October is also traditionally one of the months with the least rainfall.

What to Wear

Attire will be business casual for all events. Keep in mind that hotel meeting rooms are notoriously cool, so bring a jacket or sweater.

Business Casual Dress Definitions

Men - Khaki slacks or chinos, oxford shirts, collared golf shirt, sport coat or blazer, sweaters and vests, ties optional, no blue jeans.

Ladies - More latitude in outfits with the addition of pants and sweaters, pant suits, skirts and cardigans, lower heels and brighter colors, no blue jeans.
