What to Wear
Attire will be business casual for all events. Keep in mind that hotel meeting rooms are notoriously cool. Weather permitting, one of our evening receptions will be held outside in the pavilion area near the pool.
Business Casual Dress Definitions
Men - Khaki slacks or chinos, oxford shirts, collared golf shirt, sport coat or blazer, sweaters and vests, ties optional, no blue jeans.
Ladies - More latitude in outfits with the addition of pants and sweaters, pant suits, skirts and cardigans, lower heels and brighter colors, no blue jeans.
Travel and Transportation
Airline Service
Denver International is served by all major airlines including, but not limited to Aeromexico, Air Canada, Alaska, AirTran, American, British Airways, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Jetblue, Southwest, United, and US Airways.
Amtrak
The temporary Denver Amtrak Station (1800 21st Street) is 10.5 miles from the hotel. Denver is served by the Amtrak California Zephyr trains. Check the Amtrak website for schedules and fare.
Ground Transportation
Shuttle: The hotel is 33 miles from the Denver Int'l Airport. Shuttle service is offered by Super Shuttle for $25 (one-way) or $46.00 (round trip). Call 800-258-3826 or visit their website.

Rental Cars: All Rental car companies are located on airport property but are away from the main terminal. Each rental company provides a courtesy shuttle to their locations. All courtesy shuttles pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, Island 4, outside doors 505-513 (east side) and 504-512 (west side).
Taxis are readily available outside at baggage claim and the cab fare will be approximately $70 one way.
Parking
Both valet parking and self-parking are complimentary.
Weather
Denver (Broomfield)'s weather in August is warm. On average, days reach the mid-80s and evening temperatures dip into the mid-50s.
