REGISTRATION

Attendees and spouses must register to gain access to ASLRRA-sponsored functions, including social events and business sessions. Badges must be worn at all events. To attend this regional meeting, please go online and complete the online registration by clicking here: https://members.aslrra.org/mtg_list.asp Registration confirmations and receipts will automatically be sent after processing your registration online.

REGISTRATION FEES

Associate Member:	$265 ($295 after 9/26)
Railroad Member:	$210 ($240 after 9/26)
Sustaining Member:	$210 ($240 after 9/26)
Class I Railroad:	$210 ($240 after 9/26)
Government: Non-member:	$210 ($240 after 9/26) $365 ($395 after 9/26)
Non-member RR:	$310 ($340 after 9/26)
Spouse/Companion	$140

CANCELLATIONS

Because of commitments made to the hotel and other vendors, no refunds can be made for cancellations after September 26. A $75 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations prior to September 26. Staff substitutions are accepted and encouraged.

REGISTRATION PACKET

To collect your registration packet, stop by the ASLRRA registration desk starting at 3:00pm on Sunday. The registration packet will contain badge(s), a registration list, and a copy of the program, as well as other information.

The registration list will be available at the ASLRRA desk on Sunday and will only be distributed in advance of the meeting to sponsors.

SPOUSE/COMPANION REGISTRATION

If you would like to bring your spouse or companion to the social events, please complete the appropriate section of the online registration form. Spouses and companions must register to attend ASLRRA-sponsored functions.
