CANCELLATIONS
Because of commitments made to the hotel and other vendors, no refunds can be made for cancellations after August 29. A $75 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations prior to August 29. Staff substitutions are accepted and encouraged.
REGISTRATION PACKET
To collect your registration packet, stop by the ASLRRA registration desk starting at 1:00pm on Sunday. The registration packet will contain badge(s), a registration list, and a copy of the program, as well as other information.
The registration list will be available at the ASLRRA desk on Sunday and will only be distributed in advance of the meeting to sponsors.
SPOUSE/COMPANION REGISTRATION
If you would like to bring your spouse or companion to the social events, please complete the appropriate section of the online registration form. Spouses and companions must register to attend ASLRRA-sponsored functions.
