REGISTRATION FEES - Annual Convention Registration Fees cover the General and Breakout Sessions, as well as the Sunday Reception, Monday and Tuesday Breakfasts, all Refreshment Breaks, and the Monday Lunch and Reception, and Tuesday Gala Dinner Reception & Centennial Lounge. Conductor Certification or Car Hire Training Session Registration Fees cover the Sunday Training Sessions and Sunday evening Reception. Exhibitor Registration Fees include all Exhibit Hall functions as well as the General Session and Breakout Sessions. They do not cover any events held after 12:00pm on Tuesday, April 12. Paid registration must be completed on or before March 19 to qualify for the early bird discount. After this date, registrations will go up by $50, until April 12, when they will increase by an additional $50. Note: Member Registration fees only cover employees of Member Companies. Member fees cannot be applied to employees of non-member subsidiaries or friends or associates.
ONLINE REGISTRATION - To register, please go online to the ASLRRA's members only website at https://members.aslrra.org/mtg_list.asp. Complete the registration form online and you will be emailed a confirmation. We accept American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. Registrations without payment cannot be processed.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION - Each 8' x 10' booth includes one complimentary exhibitor registration, which allows access to the lunch, receptions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and other events taking place in the Exhibit Hall, as well as all of the breakout sessions. Additional exhibitors that are employees of the exhibiting company (not subsidiaries or partner organizations) may register at $369 each (see fee schedule above). Tuesday's Gala Dinner Reception, and Centennial Lounge are not included in the exhibitor registration, but exhibitors may purchase separate tickets. Spouses of exhibitors must register in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall and social events. Exhibitor fees cannot be applied to employees of non-member subsidiaries or friends or associates, nor can they be applied to non- exhibiting firm reps.
SPOUSE/COMPANION REGISTRATION - If you would like to bring your spouse or companion to ASLRRA's events, please include them in your online registration. Spouses and companions must register to attend ASLRRA- sponsored functions, including those in the Exhibit Hall.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Written request for refunds (e-mails accepted) must be postmarked on or before April 6. They will be refunded, less a $100 per individual/ $150 per couple processing fee. Replacements from the same company are accepted and encouraged. No refunds are made after Friday, April 6, 2012.
