JUST FOR YOU! Your Regional Meeting Planning Committee has put together a strong business program covering a wide variety of topics. Thanks to the generosity of our meeting sponsors, and as an added incentive to encourage our railroad members to attend and bring additional staff, we've rolled our railroad member registration fee back to $185 per person for registrations received by August 21. That's a $55 savings!

Look ma, no forms!! In response to your requests, we have moved to a secure online registration system. Enter your registration online in the comfort and privacy of your own office. Upon entering your registration and payment information, you will be e-mailed a confirmation receipt. In addition, this online process gives ASLRRA members an opportunity to check out the popular "Members Only" website and ensure that their contact info is up-to-date and accurate.
REGISTRATION
Attendees and spouses must register to gain access to ASLRRA-sponsored functions, including social events and business sessions. Badges must be worn at all events. CANCELLATIONS
Because of commitments made to the hotel and other vendors, no refunds can be made for cancellations after August 24. A $75 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations prior to August 24. Substitutions are accepted and encouraged.
REGISTRATION PACKET
To collect your registration packet, stop by the ASLRRA registration desk starting at 3:00pm on Sunday. The registration packet will contain badge(s), a registration list, and a copy of the program, as well as other information.
The registration list will be available at the ASLRRA desk on Sunday and will only be distributed in advance of the meeting to sponsors.
SPOUSE/COMPANION REGISTRATION
If you would like to bring your spouse or companion to the social events, please complete the appropriate section of the online registration form. Spouses and companions must register to attend ASLRRA-sponsored functions. |
