Event sponsors of $1000 or more may also have their brochures placed directly into the meeting registration packets. They are also invited to a special invitation only Thank you Reception for Event Sponsors and Railroad Member Representatives on Sunday afternoon just before the main reception begins.
Registered attendees may place their brochures and materials on tables placed outside the business sessions.
Note: Brochure tables are unattended and you are responsible for putting your own materials out on the table and collecting leftover information by noon on Tuesday.
