How long has your company served in the rail industry? Our expertise is based on 40 years of analysis and accumulated knowledge of the Short Line Railroad industry. In that time, we have served more than 150 railroad clients. We have built a comprehensive set of services that enable us to understand and meet any Railroad or Railroad supplier’s needs, no matter what stage your business is at.
As a service provider in the rail industry, we have been able to witness firsthand just how unique the industry is. Railroads have become the anchors of many communities, drawing different people, industries and jobs to various areas. Our experience has been that Railroads tend to be very employee and community oriented. They treat their employees like family, more than any other industry we work in.
Experiences/lessons learned from operating during COVID-19? The COVID-19 Pandemic has reemphasized the importance of those personal connections to us. While we do have the ability to work remotely, what we miss most is being able to visit our clients and their locations. For us, there is just no replacing those face-to-face interactions.
