An Exhibit Booth is the Most Efficient Way to Find Leads

Our trade show provides a prime, once-a-year opportunity to generate leads, nurture prospects, build brand awareness, expand distribution, conduct training, and enhance relationships with existing customers. ASLRRA’s 2023 Expo will showcase the top products and services available to our industry.

The Expo Hall will be the location for our Sunday and Monday evening receptions, as well as breakfast and lunch on Monday and refreshment breaks. Highlights of this year’s Expo activities include a spotlight on new exhibitors and those in the expanded Green Zone, a specially designated area of the hall for companies engaged in businesses that support the environment and sustainability. We will do special promotions to market that area because ASLRRA is very supportive of Green initiatives with its participation in the EPA SmartWay program and active Environmental Committee. Cash prize drawings and other plans will add even more energy and excitement to the Expo experience.

A standard single, in-line booth costs $2,450 (premium or corner booths are an additional $200). Each booth purchased includes one complimentary attendee registration. Additional exhibitor badges must be purchased and all attendees must be badged to enter the Expo.

Special Note to our Railroad Members: Please plan to visit with our excellent vendors in the Expo Hall. Watch for the email with information about the mobile app which will enhance your meeting experience and allow you to plan your expo hall schedule in advance of the event.

Each 10’x10’ exhibit space includes:

  • 1 complimentary exhibit-only registration
  • Company listing on convention website and mobile app
  • 8’ high back wall drape & 3’ high side divider
  • One 6’ skirted table, 2 side chairs, 1 wastebasket
  • One basic company ID sign (one line)
