benefits of shipping by rail, and show how participation in the EPA
SmartWay Program can make a railroad more visible to shippers.

considered and updated by the industry’s governing agencies including

  Rail Car Counts and Fleet Updates  
  Join Richard J. Kloster, President, Integrity Rail Partners for an overview of
today’s freight car fleet. This session will address the facts – certain car
types have suddenly gone from surplus to tight supply, car storage is a
significant source of income for some short lines, with traffic up and scrap
prices high a lot of storage cars are either back to work or being dismantled
– and answer the questions, What are railroads and leasing companies
looking to build or buy? Has PSR maximized fleet utilization or will the fleet
grow or shrink?

ASLRRA will discuss the state of play in Washington, DC. ASLRRA’s legislative
priorities for a Transportation Bill, and activity since Railroad Day will be

Bureau 
 
  Department of Transportation's Will Resch will provide an update on the RRIF
and RRIF Express loan programs and be available for Q&A with railroads who
