Following Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s announcement on March 20, 2020, limiting gatherings to less than ten people and limiting access to restaurants, we found it necessary to postpone our Annual Convention originally scheduled for May 2-5 in Grapevine, Texas. We are currently exploring options for this Fall, 2020 and hope to have new dates and location announced within a few weeks.

We are mindful of how much you value the education, training, best practices, networking and business development opportunities provided by the conference and we are determined to find a way to deliver those benefits this fall.

The health and safety of our members, staff and the broader short line railroad community has been and will continue to be our top concern as we move forward in these uncertain times.

Thank you for your support of the Association and your patience as we shift our convention during this extraordinary time.  We will be excited to welcome you to our rescheduled Annual Convention in the Fall of 2020.
