Best Practices for Qualification Tracking and Assessments 07/16/2020 From initial on-boarding to re-training and re-certifications, a railroad never stops tracking all the steps, processes, and compliance to make sure your crew are fully qualified for the job assigned. Today, there are opportunities for short line railroads to leverage a digital, comprehensive qualification tracking system that gives you the full picture to accelerate the certification lifecycle and helps you administer safe, compliant operations. Join CloudMoyo Sr. Railroad Consultant Ashok Madhavan to discover what a comprehensive qualification tracking and employee assessment process looks like. Ashok will be joined for an interactive Q&A by Jeff Black, Manager of Operating Practices, and Mike Prince, Director of Operating Practices from Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis (TRRA), who will share how they’re leveraging a qualification tracking system in their organization, which they’ve integrated with their operational testing and crew management systems.  During the webinar, Mr. Madhavan will be answering questions and sharing what a comprehensive qualification tracking and employee assessment process look like. Covered topics will include ideal qualification tracking and assessment processes, outlining best practices, and how to leverage digital tools like cloud, smart algorithms, mobile devices, and advanced analytics and BI. Registered attendees will have an opportunity to participate in Q&A at the end of the presentation. Add to Calendar
