ASLRRA provides the framework and support for our members to ensure compliance. ASLRRA’s elite staff of industry experts provides representation in Congress and in the regulatory agencies to ensure our voices are heard, and our achievements recognized. A key resource for all short line and regional railroad entities is the Short Line Safety Institute (SLSI). SLSI and its programs support the short line and regional railroad industry’s goal of performing at an increasingly higher level of safety by encouraging a focus on safety culture.

ASLRRA Selects Ayers Electronic Systems to Provide PTC Implementation Coordination for Short Line Railroads

WASHINGTON, November 5, 2019 - The American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) announces the addition of a new Preferred Provider in the ASLRRA Member Discount Program, Ayers Electronic Systems, LLC (aE), providing a comprehensive approach to implementing Positive Train Control (PTC) for short line railroads.
