Purchasing a booth at a trade show is a major commitment and there are numerous stages of planning and execution involved. Below are a few checklist items to ensure you have a productive show.

Heritage Trade Show Services will be our official trade show contractor/decorator again this year. Exhibitor Show Kit will be emailed soon after booth purchase.

Each 10 x 10 booth includes:

• One complimentary attendee registration
• Company listing on convention mobile app
• 8’ high back wall drape and 3’ high side divider
• One basic company ID sign (one line)
• General use wi-fi

Please note that exhibitors will be responsible for purchasing electricity and carpeting for their booth space. These forms will be found in the Exhibitor Show Kit. Also, please remember that you must be an ASLRRA member in good standing to exhibit.

Exhibition Hall Aisle Sign Sponsorships

Again this year we will offer opportunities for companies to sponsor aisle signs. It’s a high-profile way to get your company’s name and brand in front of this key audience. An aisle sign can be purchased for $3,500. Conference Mobile App

We will work with an outside partner on a mobile app to maximize your exhibitor presence before, during, and after our conference. Look for ASLRRA emails to help you utilize this dynamic marketing tool.
