Training will be provided to registered attendees on what to expect on Railroad Day on Capitol Hill, how to conduct a meeting, and the key messages we will be discussing on Railroad Day.
Training will be provided in two parts:
1) A video overview of Railroad Day — what to expect, how to navigate the Capitol complex, and how a meeting is run. View this video if this is your first time attending the Railroad Day on Capitol Hill.
2) Live Zoom sessions featuring training on the specific messages participants were held in February. A copy of the presentation material is linked below.

We encourage you to use personal and association social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter) to publicize key messages, and your participation during Railroad Day on Capitol Hill. Suggested postings will be provide as part of the training, and will be available here. We will be watching for and amplifying any post using hashtag #RAILDAY2026, #freightrail and #railchampions.
