Advanced Designated Supervisor of Locomotive Engineers (DSLE) Training Seminar

ASLRRA has partnered with the Iowa Northern Railway to provide this Advanced Supervisor of Locomotive Engineers (DSLE) Training Seminar. The two-day training seminar is intended to provide railroad managers with training on a complex designation that they address daily. Attendees will receive training on DSLE responsibilities, including application and administration of 49 CFR Part 240 and Part 242 similarities and differences.Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in daily interactive discussions with peers and regulatory experts. Registration includes two days of training with an online assessment and Certificate of Completion awarded upon successful completion, plus daily lunch & refreshment breaks in the meeting area; daily breakfast provided in hotel dining area.

Hotel and Shuttle:
A block of rooms has been set aside and training will be held at the recently built Holiday Inn & Suites at 7400 Hudson Road in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The hotel will provide shuttle service to and from Waterloo Airport as well as to local dining.
