The UP/NS Transaction Amended Application: Update for Short Lines

This is the third webinar in a series discussing UP and NS’s application for UP to acquire and control NS, including specific items of interest for short line railroads. Please note: we are blocking an extra 15 minutes to allow plenty of time for audience Q&A following the presentation.

Presented by Rob Wimbish, Attorney, Fletcher & Sippel, Valerie Quinn, Attorney, Fletcher & Sippel, Justin Marks, Attorney at Law, Clark Hill PLC, Chuck Baker, President, ASLRRA and Sarah Yurasko, SVP, Law and General Counsel, ASLRRA

Given that the STB has now accepted the application as complete but has not yet published a new procedural schedule and has put the proceedings on hold while awaiting supplementary information from the applicants, we are postponing this webinar until there is more clarity around future steps and timelines. Online registration will reopen once a new date has been determined.
